Hi Soutells Friend, this time I’m telling you what it’s like to have an Anxiety Disorder that will happen to life, if you don’t treat the Inner Wound then the General anxiety that will happen to yourself, of course it’s not an easy thing to cure, a little overview in general.
An anxiety disorder is a psychological condition characterized by excessive fear, anxiety, or worry about various situations, even when there is no real threat. Some degree of anxiety is a natural human response, but when it interferes with daily activities, it can be categorized as an anxiety disorder.
Some of the categories are general, but what if Anxiety Disorder can be one of the causes of Self-confidence? Let’s recognize the general categories and then discuss slowly and in depth the Science, Religion, and Spiritual sides.
Anxiety Disorders: Understanding and Emotionally Coping
Types of Anxiety Disorders
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) – Excessive anxiety about various aspects of life for no apparent reason.
Panic Disorder – Sudden panic attacks with physical symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, and dizziness.
Specific Phobia – Extreme fear of a particular object or situation, such as a phobia of heights or social phobia.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) – Anxiety that arises after experiencing a traumatic event.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) – Obsessive thoughts that drive a person to perform repetitive actions to relieve anxiety.
And Explained in the Holy Verse of the Qur’an – QS. Al-Baqarah (2:286).
لَا يُكَلِّفُ اللّٰهُ نَفْسًا اِلَّا وُسْعَهَاۗ لَهَا مَا كَسَبَتْ وَعَلَيْهَا مَا اكْتَسَبَتْۗ رَبَّنَا لَا تُؤَاخِذْنَآ اِنْ نَّسِيْنَآ اَوْ اَخْطَأْنَاۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تَحْمِلْ عَلَيْنَآ اِصْرًا كَمَا حَمَلْتَهٗ عَلَى الَّذِيْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِنَاۚ رَبَّنَا وَلَا تُحَمِّلْنَا مَا لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا بِهٖۚ وَاعْفُ عَنَّاۗ وَاغْفِرْ لَنَاۗ وَارْحَمْنَاۗ اَنْتَ مَوْلٰىنَا فَانْصُرْنَا عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْكٰفِرِيْنَࣖ ٢٨٦
lâ yukallifullâhu nafsan illâ wus‘ahâ, lahâ mâ kasabat wa ‘alaihâ maktasabat, rabbanâ lâ tu’âkhidznâ in nasînâ au akhtha’nâ, rabbanâ wa lâ taḫmil ‘alainâ ishrang kamâ ḫamaltahû ‘alalladzîna ming qablinâ, rabbanâ wa lâ tuḫammilnâ mâ lâ thâqata lanâ bih, wa‘fu ‘annâ, waghfir lanâ, war-ḫamnâ, anta maulânâ fanshurnâ ‘alal-qaumil-kâfirîn
1. QS. Al-Baqarah (2:286)
Allah does not burden anyone except according to his ability. To him is the reward for what he has done, and to him is the punishment for what he has done. (They pray,) “O our Lord, do not punish us if we forget or err. O our Lord, do not burden us with a heavy burden as You burdened those before us. O our Lord, do not impose on us what we are not able to bear. Forgive us, pardon us, and have mercy on us. You are our protector. So help us against the disbelievers.”
Meaning:
This verse reminds us that Allah will not burden a person beyond what he can bear. This can be a comfort to those who feel weighed down by anxiety, that every test given is within bearable limits.
Anxiety disorders not only affect mental conditions but also physical ones. Some of the symptoms include:
Difficulty concentrating
Easily tired & Fighting with Lust.
Sleep disturbances.
Stress Thinking too much can cause serious symptoms in the mind, mental burden, and inner wounds, you should see a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist, and ask for a prescription.
In the Qur’an, going to a peaceful place means looking for happiness and the meaning of life, but it is recommended to go in a good way.
Sleeping too long during the day Excessive sleep will disrupt the internal organs in the body, to physical fatigue so that it can cause many diseases in, it is better to use your time properly, Allah says to use your time for worship, and use your time as best you can, because Allah will make your life planning organized as it should be.
Excessive use of gadgets before going to bed The use of gadgets can affect the physical eyes, and the mind because most of social media and on the internet, many want to benefit many people looking for a livelihood, but on the other hand you should know that excessive use of gadgets will affect the quality of your life.
الَّذِيْنَ اٰمَنُوْا وَتَطْمَىِٕنُّ قُلُوْبُهُمْ بِذِكْرِ اللّٰهِۗ اَلَا بِذِكْرِ اللّٰهِ تَطْمَىِٕنُّ الْقُلُوْبُۗ ٢٨
alladzîna âmanû wa tathma’innu qulûbuhum bidzikrillâh, alâ bidzikrillâhi tathma’innul-qulûb
QS. Ar-Ra’d (13:28)
(Namely) those who believe and whose hearts are assured by the remembrance of Allah. Behold, it is only by the remembrance of Allah that hearts are assured.
Meaning:
One way to overcome anxiety is to always remember Allah (zikrullah), for example through prayer, dhikr, or other worship. This can calm the heart and reduce feelings of anxiety.
In this verse, Allah describes those who receive His guidance, namely those who believe and whose hearts become peaceful because they always remember Allah. By remembering Allah, the heart becomes peaceful and the soul becomes calm, not feeling anxious, afraid, or worried. They do good things and feel happy with the good deeds they do.
Managing anxiety disorders requires the right approach, especially in the emotional aspect. Here are some ways that can help:
Recognizing and Accepting Emotions Realizing that anxiety is the body’s natural response to stress can help reduce fear of the feeling itself.
Relaxation Exercises Techniques such as meditation, deep breathing, or yoga can help calm the nervous system and relieve anxiety.
Talking to Trusted People Sharing feelings with family or close friends can reduce emotional burdens and provide a new perspective on the problems faced.
Managing Thought Patterns Using cognitive techniques such as positive thinking and changing irrational thought patterns can help control anxiety.
Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle A balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly can help maintain emotional balance.
Avoiding Unnecessary Stress Arranging a good schedule and avoiding stressful environments can help reduce anxiety.
Seeking Professional Help If anxiety has interfered with daily activities, consulting a psychologist or psychiatrist can be the right solution.
وَالَّذِيْنَ جَاهَدُوْا فِيْنَا لَنَهْدِيَنَّهُمْ سُبُلَنَاۗ وَاِنَّ اللّٰهَ لَمَعَ الْمُحْسِنِيْنَࣖ ٦٩
walladzîna jâhadû fînâ lanahdiyannahum subulanâ, wa innallâha lama‘al-muḫsinîn
Those who strive diligently for (seeking) Our pleasure, We will surely guide them to Our paths. Indeed, Allah is with the doers of good.
Meaning:
When someone is facing anxiety or difficulties, it is important to keep trying and trust that God will provide a way out. This can be an encouragement for people who feel trapped in anxiety to keep looking for solutions and trying.
Furthermore, Allah gives a promise to the believers. And those who strive and strive hard in carrying out obedience to Allah and defending His religion solely to seek Our pleasure, We will show them Our paths that lead them to happiness and safety in this world and the Hereafter. And indeed, Allah is with those who do good. He gives a better reward to anyone who develops a good attitude in any matter and to anyone, of course after all obligations are fulfilled perfectly.
The Quran provides many guidelines for dealing with anxiety, both through faith, patience, prayer, and effort. By understanding and practicing the teachings in these verses, a person can find peace in facing life’s challenges. If the anxiety experienced is very severe, combining a spiritual approach with professional help (psychologist or psychiatrist) can also be the best solution.
So make yourself a more valuable person because remember that you are valuable in the eyes of Allah SWT, because you are a beautiful creation of Allah, good or bad, Allah still accepts you by his side as a repentant servant, necessarily someone who loves his parents, and especially Allah SWT.

1. QS. Al-Baqarah (2:286)

When someone faces anxiety or difficulty, it is important to keep trying and believe that Allah will provide a way out. This can be an encouragement for people who feel trapped in anxiety to continue looking for solutions and trying.
4. QS. Al-Insyirah (94:5-6)
“For indeed, with difficulty comes ease. Indeed, with difficulty comes ease.”
Meaning:
This verse gives hope that every difficulty, including anxiety and stress, will definitely be accompanied by a way out. There is no problem that comes without a solution.
5. QS. Repentance (9:51)
“Say (Muhammad), ‘Nothing will befall us except what Allah has decreed for us. He is our protector. And only in Allah should the believers put their trust.'”
Meaning:
This verse teaches the concept of tawakal, that is surrendering oneself to God after effort. This can help reduce anxiety because a person does not have to feel burdened by things beyond his control.
Anxiety disorders are mental health issues that can affect daily life if not treated properly. By recognizing the symptoms and implementing appropriate emotional strategies, one can manage anxiety more effectively. Do not hesitate to seek help if needed, because mental health is as important as physical health, as well as practicing the knowledge of worship, with patience and the belief that Allah SWT’s help is not in vain.
